Terms & Conditions
Before booking, please read the following terms and conditions.... thank you!
- Reserved seating available to wheelchair patrons only.
- Absolutely no luggage, backpacks, overnight bags, etc. permitted on the coach (no exceptions).
- You must be 19 years of age or older to board the coach.
- You must present Valid Government Issued Photo Identification to board the coach (unfortunately expired identification is not accepted), failure to have the proper identification will result in not being permitted to board the coach.
- You must have or obtain a player's card for the casino you are attending. In order to obtain a player's card you must present a piece of valid government photo identification. A valid casino player's card must be used while at the casino to remain eligible for casino rebates.
- We do not encourage sightseers to be on a casino trip. The type of service we provide is Casino Day Trips. If you are interested in sight seeing, you will need to contact a different transportation company to take you to your desired destination.
- All of our trips are day trips and do not allow for passengers to return on a different day.
- All prices, schedules, and casino rebates are subject to change without notice.
- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation. Failure to do so will result in pre-payment for future trips.
Special Note:
Reservations are required for all trips. We recommend calling the office for your reservations at least 4 to 5 days in advance to avoid disappointment. Payment for your trip is made the day you travel unless you are booking for 5 or more passengers ... you would be required to pre-pay by credit card (this is non-refundable so be sure everyone has given you their money!).
