Do I have to make a reservation to go on a Your Casino Express trip?

Yes, please call our office to reserve your seats. We recommend booking 4 to 5 days in advance.  During the spring and summer months you can make your reservation 4 weeks in advance.


Can I make a reservation online?

No, you cannot make a reservation online or via email. Please call our office and we will be happy to book your seats.

Do I have to cancel my reservation?

Absolutey, we require a minimum 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation.  Failure to do so will result in pre-payment for your future trips.

How do I pay?

Just pay cash (please have the exact amount) to the driver or tour director on the day of your trip. If you are booking for 5 people or more, you will be required to pay in advance with a credit card or cheque. This is non-refundable, so please make sure everyone in your group pays you first!


May I take a baby or child on the coach?

No, only adults 19 years of age and over with valid government issued photo ID are permitted on the coach.


What kind of coaches do you use?

We use Great Canadian luxury highway coaches


Is the coach air conditioned?

Yes!


Is there a washroom on the coach?

Yes, there is a washroom at the back of the coach.


How do I get a player's card?

Just take valid government photo ID to the casino (driver's license, passport, etc.), and you will be issued a player's card on the spot.


Is there a fee for getting a player's card?

No, the players cards are free.


I have free show tickets from the casino. Will I still get a buffet or coin rebate?

No. If the casino has given you free show tickets, they will not give you another rebate.


Do I have to go to the casino?

Yes, to be eligible to participate in the motor coach programme, you are required to go to the casino and use your player's card.  Our casino trips require you to be at the casino for the entire 5 hours that we are there.  If your intention is to do sight seeing, then you will need to find another transportation company to take you to your desired destination.


Can I return with you another day?

No, we only offer day trips. You must return with us the same day.


Can I take a bag, backpack, or luggage onto the coach?

No, these are not permitted on our trips.


Can I reserve a particular seat on the coach?

Reserved seating is only available to passengers travelling with a wheelchair.

All prices, schedules, and casino rebates are subject to change without notice.  Please be aware that you will not be permitted to board the coach if you do not have a valid player's card and/or valid government issued photo identification.
